To attain CIIP certification, a candidate must be employed in the insurance industry for at least five years, have current IAIP membership for three or more consecutive years, and complete a course of IAIP education as well as an industry-related program offered by an approved industry sponsored association.

Weisman joined Glenn Insurance in 1987 and holds the designations of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Associate in Claims (AIC). She is an active longtime member of the Atlantic County International Association of Insurance Professionals, serving on various committees and on the board as Vice-President and President-Elect. Her interests include running, biking, gardening, animals, travel and photography. She resides in Beesleys Point, NJ and Greenwich, NY with her husband Larry and their three dogs. They have six grown children and two grandchildren.
