Dear Friend,
Our Absecon and Malaga offices are closed to the public until further notice. The vast majority of our staff is working remotely. We are reachable through email and our normal business phone numbers and extensions. We continue to receive and process all mail sent to our physical locations.
While we are taking every possible measure to ensure that these circumstances do not disrupt the service that our clients and agency partners have come to expect, we do ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging situation.
Please be safe. We will continue to send out updates as this situation develops.
Thank you,
Tim Glenn

What You Need to Know About Changes Affecting Workers Compensation Premiums During COVID-19
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the NJ Workers Compensation Bureau created special rules for employees working from home or not working but still being paid.
Please see the attached Bulletin (#495)Â issued April 21, 2020, detailing how payroll is assigned for employees working at home or not working but still being paid.
If you have employees subject to the revisions mentioned in the attached Bulletin, Glenn Insurance recommends you document the payroll for the subject employees to allow the premium auditor for your workers compensation carrier to make the necessary adjustments at the time of audit at policy expiration.
Please contact us if you have any questions at 1-888-OK-Glenn.
