The certification is a prestigious credential that helps insurance agents and brokers expand their knowledge, improve their technical claim-handling abilities and communication skills, and enhance the quality of service they provide.

As an employee of Glenn Insurance for more than 17 years, Walls has worked in various departments, including Commercial Lines, Medical Malpractice and most recently, Claims Service. In addition to her AIC certification, Walls also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative and is an active member of the Atlantic County International Association of Insurance Professionals.
Walls resides in Absecon with her husband and two sons.
