Meet Mike Connolly

Assistant Vice President

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Mike Connolly to Assistant Vice President.

A South Jersey native with more than 30 years in the industry, Mike grew up in a family agency and later helped lead the business. Wearing many hats, from producer to agency principal gave him a deep understanding of clients’ needs and day-to-day operations.

Mike joined Glenn Insurance to continue serving local businesses and families while mentoring producers and strengthening carrier relationships. He’s known for steady leadership, straightforward guidance, and a client-first approach that aligns with our values.

In his new role, Mike will partner with Bob Devanna to support sales leadership, enhance service and underwriting coordination, and help guide operational initiatives that keep our agency moving forward.
