ABSECON, NJ (January 12, 2018) – JoAnne Krall, Claim Department Manager with Glenn Insurance, has earned the premier designation of Associate in Claims from The Institutes Risk & Insurance Group.

This certification is a prestigious credential that helps insurance agents and brokers improve their technical claim-handling abilities, better their overall communication skills and attain an in-depth policy knowledge that helps them and their agencies stand out in the competitive insurance market.

Krall joined Glenn Insurance in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant before moving to the Commercial Lines Department in 2005 as a Commercial Lines Assistant. Krall also holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

In 2008, Krall attained her Customer Insurance Service Representative designation, and in 2013 she was promoted to Senior Claim Representative. The following year, Krall was promoted to Claim Department Manager.
