Plymouth Rock Assurance is awarding $1,000 to one New Jersey animal shelter and $500 to a second shelter for Adopt-A-Shelter-Dog Month! Help your favorite animal shelter win and enter them before October 31!

Click below to fill out the entry form to nominate your favorite NJ animal shelter and upload a photo of your adopted pet before October 31.

Grand Prize Winner
The photo with the highest number of votes will win the Grand Prize and receive a pet travel kit. The animal shelter associated with the Grand Prize entry will receive a $1,000 donation.

Runner-Up Winner
The photo with the second highest number of votes will win the Runner Up prize and receive a pet travel kit. The shelter associated with the Runner Up entry will receive a $500 donation.
